We are proud to use 100% cotton twill prefolds in our diaper service. These diapers are soft, thick, and very absorbent.

  • We will send friendly reminders to activate your service up to 1 month after your due date if we don't hear from you sooner.

  • Simply respond to one of these reminders and we will schedule your recurring weekly service.

One-Time Setup Fee = $35.00

Standard Service = $110/month

  • Preemie(4-10 lbs) = 90 diapers/week

  • Newborn (6-20 lbs) = 90 diapers/week

  • Infant (7-15 lbs) = 80 diapers/week

  • Medium (15-30 lbs) = 60 diapers/week

  • Toddler (30-45 lbs) = 50 diapers/week

  • Unbleached 100% cotton prefolds

  • Includes diaper pail, 2pail liners, 2 sets of snappies, deodorizing disks

 

Twins Service = $165.00/month

  • 50% off the 2nd baby

  • Twice the service:  diapers, pails, liners, snappies, and disks

 

Cloth Wipes Service = $20.00/month

  • 100% cotton flannel wipes

  • Cloth inserts if needed

Diaper Service Agreement

By signing up for Cascade Kids’ diaper service you agree to the terms of this agreement.

Rental Agreement

Your complete contact and delivery information is required for set-up.  Your payment will be processed at check out for the initial month of service + set-up. 

After the initial month, pay as you go and cancel at any time.  We will send you an invoice every month.  In order to continue your service, simply pay the invoice upon receipt.  Failure to pay in full by the due date will result in service cancellation and all items will be picked up promptly on your next pick-up date.  To reactivate service after cancellation, one month + set up fee must be paid in full. Want to pay in advance? We offer discounts for advanced payment of 6+ months of service.

Your monthly diaper service subscription includes the rental of the selected number of diaper pail(s), diaper pail liners, cloth diapers, snappies, deodorizing disks, and wipes (if selected).  These items remain the property of Cascade Kids. If you choose to cancel your service, your account is subject to the following charges if not returned: $20.00 per diaper pail, $10.00 per diaper pail liner, $2.00 per diaper, and $0.25 per wipe. Snappies are yours to keep and do not need to be returned.

 

Gifting Diaper Service

Simply provide your billing information including how many months of service you intend to purchase on behalf of the recipient as well as the recipient's contact information so we can confirm delivery details. We offer discounts for advanced payment of 6+ months of service.

Your payment will be processed at check out for the initial month of service + set-up.  After the initial month, pay as you go and cancel at any time.  We will send you an invoice every month.  In order to continue your service, simply pay the invoice by the due date.  Failure to pay in full by the due date will result in service cancellation and all items will be picked up promptly on your next pick-up date.  To reactivate service after cancellation, one month + set up fee must be paid in full. 

If the recipient cancels service early, you will be notified and invoices will be discontinued.  30 days prior to the end of your gifted service, you and the recipient will receive notice and the opportunity to continue service. 

Gift certificates may also be purchased and applied to the purchase of diaper service if you prefer.

 

Delivery

Your initial set of diapers will be delivered 1-2 weeks before your due date with a reminder to email us when you deliver to activate service at cascadekidsswap@gmail.com.  Upon activation of your service, you will receive an email confirmation with your scheduled pick-up date and time.  Fresh diapers are delivered weekly.

Diapers must be at your pickup location by your assigned time on your assigned delivery day.  You will receive an email reminder the day prior to your delivery day. If you miss your delivery day, you may drop your diapers off at the store during business hours the same day, otherwise, we will attempt to schedule another pick up if possible or plan on a normal pick up the following week.

Deodorizing disks will be delivered every 4th delivery.  If you do not want to receive deodorizing disks, simply email us at cascadekidsswap@gmail.com.

Service Changes

You may change your diaper size and/or add cloth wipes service at any time with 5 business days’ notice.  Simply text 509-899-9467 or email us with your requested changes to cascadekidsswap@gmail.com.

You may also place your service on a temporary/vacation hold at any time. Simply email us your notification of temporary/vacation hold to cascadekidsswap@gmail.com.

Additional Items

Need extra help laundering baby’s clothing?  We will launder additional items included with your diapers for a fee of $2.00 per item.  This charge will be added automatically to our monthly billing. Cascade Kids is not responsible for lost or damaged items.  

Items you will need (not included)

  • 4-6 waterproof diaper covers (sold at Cascade Kids or other retailers)

  • Wipes (if not using our cloth wipes). We sell Young Living Seedlings Baby Wipes, Calm

  • Baby Bum Spray (if using cloth wipes).

Billing

Your one-time set-up fee and the first month of service will be billed when you select your service and check out.  You will receive an invoice for additional months of service that is due in full by the 15th of each month.

Diaper Care

Newborn:  0-6 months

While baby is exclusively breast or formula fed, simply toss the dirty diaper in the lined diaper pail.  No need for rinsing.

Infant:  6+ months

When baby starts to eat solid foods, put the poop in the toilet and place the soiled diaper without solids in the lined diaper pail. 

Diaper Rash Cream

Do not use diaper rash creams that contain cod liver oil or petroleum jelly which cause residue build-up, diaper staining, and reduce absorption. 

A few diaper creams that are petroleum-free:

  • Young Living Seedlings Diaper Rash Cream (sold at Cascade Kids in-store and online)

  • Angel Baby Bottom Balm

  • Boudreaux's Butt Paste (green tube, labeled "all-natural")

  • Burt's Bees Multipurpose Ointment (not the diaper cream)

  • Grovia Magic Stick Diaper Balm

How to Fold Your Diapers

We will send you helpful information on how to fold your cloth diapers. This includes folding techniques to help with different scenarios such as heavy wetting, preventing blow-outs, and more. We will share our favorite, all-purpose, easy fold. Need more help? We are happy to offer in-store consultations and walk you through it hands-on.
